Why is my skin wrinkling at a young age?– remedies

Skin wrinkles
Staying young and stopping the effects of aging on the face, body and appearance of a person has been one of the goals and dreams of mankind. Humans are always interested in controlling the signs of aging in their appearance as much as possible and erasing them if possible. Of course, prevention of physical diseases that usually appear with increasing age is also very important. But maintaining the freshness and vitality of the appearance is considered an innate and aesthetic interest for humans. This concern has intensified with the passage of time and the emergence of modern ways and methods of beauty care and new medicines and cosmetic products.
Maybe because in the past, human efforts in this direction were less successful, but today the effects of these developments can be felt more than ever in staying younger and slowing down the aging process. Fighting skin wrinkles and preventing them, as well as removing them if they occur, is one of these concerns.
What are skin wrinkles?
Wrinkles are deep or superficial lines that form on the skin. These lines are sometimes so deep that they create a hole or a gap in the surface of the skin. The formation of wrinkles on the skin is part of the natural aging process in the body. In fact, cellular changes caused by aging cause these lines on the skin.
Wrinkles appear on the skin of all parts of the body. But it is possible in some parts due to more sensitive skin, more contact with light, heat and cold, more work of some organs and similar things, wrinkles are created earlier, deeper and more often. Heredity and genetics are one of the main factors in the amount and time of wrinkles around. Of course, it has been scientifically proven that not everything about skin wrinkles is related to age, and other factors are also effective in the severity and extent of their creation. Factors such as living environment, lifestyle and skin type are considered when discussing skin wrinkles.
How are skin wrinkles formed?
To better understand how to create these annoying lines on the skin, it is better to explain a little more about the skin itself. The skin consists of three main layers, which are:
Outer layer or epidermis Epidermis
Middle layer or Dermis
Inner layer or hypodermis Hypodermis
Throughout life, from childhood to youth and middle age, skin cells multiply rapidly and continuously. The proliferation of the dermis layer compensates for the loss of the epidermis layer and neutralizes any minor damage. For this reason, usually the effect of the wound in childhood and youth heals faster or disappears completely. However, this effect may never completely recover in middle age. In fact, with increasing age, the speed of the proliferation of dermis cells decreases, as a result of which the regeneration of the epidermis also slows down, which ultimately leads to the thinning of the outer layers of the skin and its greater vulnerability. Another point is to reduce the production of skin proteins by reducing the proliferation of the dermis. There are two types of important proteins in the skin, which are:
Collagen is a protein fiber that strengthens the elasticity of the skin.
Elastin is a protein that provides fat to the skin.
These two proteins, which together provide skin fat and elasticity, have the most important effect on skin regeneration. The decrease in collagen and elastin leads to a decrease in moisture and fat in the skin and also causes a decrease in the speed of its repair. As the proliferation of the dermis decreases, the epidermis becomes thinner and weaker. Due to the reduction of collagen and elastin, vulnerable skin becomes tighter and loses its elasticity, which leads to the cessation of regeneration and repair of the skin against environmental stimuli and damage. Wrinkles are created in this way on the skin.
Effective factors in causing skin wrinkles
Wrinkles are caused by a combination of uncontrollable and controllable factors. This means that due to the existence of uncontrollable factors, the process of creating them cannot be completely stopped, but according to the controllable factors, the speed of their creation can be reduced. Uncontrollable factors that cause wrinkles are:
Age
Wrinkles caused by aging are not the same in all people. But in general, the decrease in the proliferation of epidermis and dermis cells, as well as collagen and elastin, starts at the age of 40.
Inheritance
In general, some people have stronger skin, and the reduction in the rate of skin cell production may happen later in them. In the same way, some others go through the aging process earlier due to their special physical conditions. This issue is directly related to heredity.
Genetics
A proven theme in this field is the influence of genes. For example, black people have stronger skin and wrinkles develop later. At the same time, white people feel the speed of skin aging more.
But these uncontrollable factors can have more or less impact. It depends on how you react to the factors that control wrinkles. Being careful to stay away from these factors can greatly moderate the effect of aging, heredity and genetics. Controllable factors include:
UV
Sunlight is the main source of this radiation. This radiation causes serious damage to the skin and increases the speed of skin aging. For this reason, people who live in sunny and hot areas suffer from facial skin wrinkles more than others. Ultraviolet rays break the collagen and elastin connective tissue and destroy the skin"s elasticity. It also reduces the oiliness of the skin and dry skin, which together increase wrinkles and premature aging. Wrinkles around the eyes are such wrinkles.
